2011 passed in a blink of an eye in a few hours it would be a new year! I guessed this year passed so quickly because of 'A' levels and its something i hope that i will never experience again. Had made lots of memories this year but i certainly hope that 2012 will be a better year :D

CHATUCHAK DAY 2 ( Oh, MERRY CHRISTMAS :D )

Day 2 at chatuchak was more enjoyable. The day didn't started well, the stupiak tuk tuk uncle! Hello! if you are bringing us to the jewel place so you can earn 200 baht voucher, firstly, you should only charge us 20 baht for the tuk tuk ride and not 100! >:[ And he also dropped us at the part of chatuchak where there is like nth much and things are so expensive! Chatuchak is super huge luh! We walked for like more than half a day and we didnt really got much things and it was boring cos the section that we happen to be left at were selling mostly boring stuffs. It was kinda disappointing cos we thought that chatuchak was that boring and we could finish walking in like less than a day. So we went for the nearest shopping centre to have our late lunch. Yx didn't give up sia, she went to ask the auntie where she bought a gift from her mum and asked her which part of chatuchak sells clothes, and the kind lady took out a map and pointed to us giving us direction. It was then we realized we were at the totally wrong section! >:(

Then we head back to the correct place and left only when the day was dark. There was this shop that i really liked, it sells those vintage shirts that probably no one would appreciates. Yx called it the vin-ta-gy shirt. HAHA! from there we bought i think 9 shirts in total? Bulk purchase gave us quantity discount :P Not to mention we went back to get a few more pieces. Definitely my fav shop in bkk.

I was planning on smuggling these puppies, they are super cute!!!! Really can't resist. I was thinking that maybe i can hide them in my luggage since the flight is only two hours. Oh well :(

BKK TRIP DAY1

I've been back from bkk for a few days now, so I'm trying to blog about it. Had a hard time uploading the photos so i got lazy in the end only took out a few of them. Bangkok on a summary was okay, it was the first time me and yx went overseas together though :D Shopping was alright, things aint really that cheap either. Food was quite good for most of the days. The things that i really don't like about there is that the people there are freaking rude for most! Excluding the hotel people of course. They don't say excuse me, sorry or even thank you. Which is super irritating when it happens too many times. Out of the few tuk tuk or taxis we took, some tried to cheat our money or drove us to places which are near but not exactly our destination. Most of the time we are willing to pay just because it was night time already and we had no choice.

We went to platinum mall on the first day, which many ppl told us to go. After going to chatuchak i thought platinum mall was just okay. The things sold at platinum mall are so much more expensive. We spent the whole day there shopping, but in the end, me and yx didn't get much stuffs on day one. I think less than 10? We tried to walk back to our hotel at night, my sis act smart want to walk w/o even looking at the map and tried to walk by her gut feeling. Retarded much. We ended up calling the the hotel to pick us up by the hotel tuk tuk.

Mango sticky rice was fantastic there!

Dinner was street stalls by our hotel. The food was good especially the tom yam soup made by the tom yam uncle. He's super friendly and its not like tom yam being pre-made or something like that. You just choose your ingredients you want and he will make everything from the start.

We had it like everyday there. :> Oh! And also the chicken wings from the aunty that speaks chinese. We also had pad thai and fried rice often when we are in bangkok.

Uploading the photos is just so troublesome, I have more photos for day two and three cos we went to chatuchak though. Till next time! :D

Well, Prom wasn't really my kind of thing but its was a good experience actually. Glad i didn't spend much on this prom. My aunt helped me to braid my hair :> Its damn pretty, she took awhile to do it only. My aunt told me that i was the easiest to do for like make up and hair as compared to the rest of my cousins or sis cos i didn't want anything much on my face or exaggerating stuff. My parents, on the other hand seemed more excited than me. I was kinda dreading it though. But on an overall, it was a good experience. And its probably one of the last few time i get to see some of them. I left early though.

Well,since school's out i believe my life would be very much happier. Feels like a huge burden has just got off my shoulders. Not to talk about my a levels, shall just worry about it next year, anyways whats done cannot be undone. And i believe i tried my best. Optimistic much, but still sigh.

Anyway, i meet crazy girl chia yun xin ytd! Like finally, we no longer have to meet to study anymore. But i do get very lazy to go anywhere though. Our dressing crash like omgosh >< LOL!

Feast on MOS burger! I treat her okay! Nicest BFF ever, but also to thank her. Walked around town, and smart me never fail to bring an umbrella. But we still got kinda drenched though. Chia yun xin is damn vulgar!! HAHAHA i wanted to post a gif but idk how to, I'm still not used to using mac though. Idk what to say already. LOL BYE!

My hair doesn't look red in the pictures i wonder why. But yx say its kinda more red at the top. I guessed its because my younger cousin had a hard time washing my hair so prolly the dye wasn't properly washed off. School is so freaking demoralising. Ive got nothing to say cos i have been studying every single day. Whether if it is productive or not, idk either. FML. I feel like a freaking no life jc student. Anyway, im so glad we finally have a longer weekend. Prolly long enough for me to catch up abit more of school stuffs. Please let me pass my module exam for stats! :( i spent tremendous hardwork and effort in it.

Met chia yunxin last weekend to study in the evening. I like the environment there, i felt that it was quite productive. We did some catch up and stuffs, camwhore as usual after like finishing a few hours of studying(?) It was very convenient to go home from there. As usual, my bus always came first :D

School has been a bitch, time is passing super slow during weekdays but its super fast during the weekends. It's so irritating. I realised that i cant tahan two hours lessons or tutorial anymore. Thats a really really bad sign cos i will either stone or zone out!! And miss out what the teachers are talking! Anyway, I hope this week wont be a bad one, probably some mood swings cos im getting back my results i guess. :( I cant help but to still hope for abit better results despite knowing what I've done. I meet yx and chloe and thursday, to satisfy yx's craving we went to eat astons and drink gong cha. Everyone was late! Had to go home early cos i've got homework undone and i was freaking exhausted, idk why. School is really really draining me out.

Why isit sunday today! how i wish it was friday or something.. Okay, back to reality, school still starts at 7 30 tmr, bloody cheater school. Urgh! && I lost my chemistry tutorial for chem energetics which got me really really upset! Super heartpain cos i spent a long long time doing it last year ): I think im going bonkers HA.HA.HA BYE

Had a really nice break after exams. Movie with the classmates on friday and a yummy dinner with my family, grandma, uncles and aunties at this really awesome place near the botanic garden. I kinda regretted not retaking my olevel chinese when i got an A2 but its okay cos i just got my first 'A' for my alevels because of you. It was kinda unexpected cos i really thought i did quite bad for oral and the paper but nevertheless, I still got an A and Im kinda happy. (:

Apparently im blogging since i HAD to on my comp to check some school stuffs and idk why i cant get it done. My GP homework that i had to print is like 13 pages and i dont have enough ink!! Attire check is totally bullshit okay, with a bias teacher, nth good gets out of it. Only teacher i totally didnt want to give any respect to, yes i hold grudges but i bet you do too. My homework is as much as ( inserts some super exagerated stuffs) and its only the beginning of the week! Whats more CVD is this sat. Oh man this has been like a complaining session for me.

Last sat, I finally met chia yun xin!! I haven met yx for like ages!! We went to FLB flea and i seriously think its worth the squeezing among the crowd. We bought lots of stuffs and eventually got broke that we had to really consider what to eat for dinner!! But we both are like super happy on that day cos we bought stuffs that we like :D Hang out awhile on the esplanade rooftop cos someone forgot to bring her keys, but the scenery is really really pretty!

ITS FINALLY FRIDAY! & I've just finished my physics quiz online. So tired of school already. Everyday has been the same for rushing homework and studying. Next week gonna be another hectic week. Well, from the pictures, I finally met the sisters after a long long long time. Couldnt meet them in the holidays cos everyone was busy. Anyway, yx couldnt make it on that day either. Met them for dinner at city hall, did some catch up with them. We just ate dinner since we met quite late the other day but its better than nothing. They (esp the two, gina and sera )took my phone to camwhore and unfortunately, my phone is having problem to connect to the comp so its actually very troublesome for me to transfer all the photos. I try to find a solution asap okay?

I've got two test this coming week, i think. WTS.

But on the brighter side, im meeting yx tmr, i hope, haven seen her for a long long time! :D

Orientation was over like since last week, and it was really awesome. I kinda didnt regretted going for it in the end after having to go through the interview and training and stuffs but it was really fun. Skipped lessons of cos which i find it really hard to catch up. But of course we were more fortunate as orientation this year was shorter due to the clash with CNY. OG ppl are the more energetic ones, but still my CTG ppl were fun too. Jam and hop as the finale was a success since it didnt rain. I kinda enjoyed this year's orientation more than when i was in J1. Prolly cos i wasnt really into orientation last year. But basically the feeling of and OGL was really different.

Anyway CNY is almost coming to an end. Its kinda boring this year cos we had to keep it low profile. But what i enjoyed the most was simply the gatherings and reunion dinners i had with my family :D School has been a bitch as always. Homeworks and stuff that are never ending. CVD is coming soon too, what a waste of time.

School has started like not long ago and its killing me!! Especially at this point of time. Sundays becomes my homework day. Cant believe im blogging when ive got half of my homework not done yet. School is crazy since orientation has started been waking at at 4 45am in the morning to reach school at 6 30am. Nonetheless, Orientation was fun. I've been missing out in school alot. Took mc on tue and orientation took up thurs and fri. Someone kill me please! How am i going to catch up! Gonna spend my CNY at home catching up on my studies since celebrating is not possible for me this year. Anyway, i still look forward to cny eve for reunion dinner (:

OG 14 was awesome! Was fun working with germaine, jian quan and jolander. Day two was much better anyway. Tmr will be the new CTG i hate to break the ice all over again but then i hope it will be fun. Orientation is the only time jc students can enjoy in their entire jc life!
oh did i mention OG 14 got 2nd for best OG out of the 26 others? So proud of myself and them of course :X Didnt really took a full picture with them cos we were rushing.

Side track a little

First day of school is just boring, nothing special, just like another random day, just that i still dread going to school. Still the same old teacher i dislike. Other than that everything is fine.

Well, back to the point, last year about this time I've gotten back my olevels. That nervous and panic that i will never forget. But when we reach school, most teachers seemed to be smiling so widely which gave us a good sign. I wonder how did my juniors did. But I guess they should be doing alright. Have you gotten what you expected? Well for me, definitely more than what i expected. But after awhile you still will have that little regret like ' It should be better' or 'If only i got just one more point less' but yeah just be contented with what you have. Even with a little regret, i still felt contented with my results. Whatever it is, im still a year 2 college student doing my alevels this year.

Ha! So wish me luck! Anyway i hope you guys did well okay! (:

Day two - Duper long post ahead

Well day two is one of my favourite days in japan cos daddy's another friend, Konishi San, plan very well for us today. Also daddy's friend children were either my age or a little older and they speak english! Both Sawa Chan the younger sis and Shotaro Chan the older brother. Basically, the second and fourth day were my favourite days there so more pictures for these days! :D Supposed to go to some amusement theme park that day but it snowed/rained heavily on the highway so we may be stuck in traffic jam. However that day wasnt that bad after all. Went alot of places and of cos ate good food too! heh! Seriously food in japan is super yummy!

Tea ceremony at their grandma's place, with strict rules but nice experience and also meeting up with Konishi San's wife and their youngest daughter Saki Chan
BBQ!!!! for dinner!!!!! Best ive ever eaten again. Shotaro Chan did all the bbq-ing. Mum say that dinner prolly cost about 500 plus. Food super yummy!!!!

Japan trip was kinda amazing! A whole new experience since its the ever first trip we went on free and easy. Not so much of free and easy cos daddy had japanese friends who arranged stuffs for us there. Trip was short but sufficient, felt quite bad cos its their new year celebration and we took up most of their time. I've realised that japan ppl hardly speak english, so we did funny actions to communicate while we were alone. Thank god most of the time daddy's friends were there. Well, japan is really CLEAN despite little dustbins available, even toilets of the most wulu places. People there are really really polite. I practically ate good food everyday, probably gained some weight. Since i've decided to blog about it, i shall start with day one.

Took SIA to japan, midnight flight
Had bad plane sick, esp the landing part
Daddy's friend Morri San and his family picked us up at the airport
Snow only on day one, a little but since its rare to snow there we were glad
Went to a temple to pray, throw a coin, clap twice, bow twice, clap twice again, bow once more and make a wish.
Ate mochi after praying, went to several shopping centres
Had tempura for lunch, got to buy food ticket before entering.
Rest at hotel before heading out for good dinner. Yums!
End of day one! (:

To end this year and to the new year, i would be going japan, midnight plane today. 2011 may be a tougher year though, so i wish for happiness for everybody!!! :D

Been out lately kinda neglected my studies too much. Should get back on track or else i may resort studying on the plane two weeks later. Should stay at home more and study naooooo!

Anyway, went out with gina last friday, she collected her camera then we went to town. Walked around looking for stuffs. I only remember siting down alot cos my leg was full of blisters! Had dinner at cine and i went home early!

Duper overdue pictures. Got bored so i decided to blog.

Work at MBS event 2 weeks ago was fun! Haha rather slack though, we were just liminating photos, seeing banquet ppl carrying heavy food in and out of the ballroom, getting chips and drinks from them and talking to the photographers. Super easy money can! Having the time to camwhore proves how much free time we had. Had to be dressed in black dress/skirt and heels whereby i realised i had none of them, so i made do with what i had. (:

This site is like almost dead. HAHA. Anyway, I met up with yx in the evening on sat.
We went to flea at Alcova. Pretty much a waste of time. It was raining so heavily, we barely stayed there for half an hour.

Went to orchard after that. Got our dragonyyy! :D We stood there for like how long deciding if we should get the pink or the blue one. Got the pink one in the end, a little bimbotic colour but the dragon in pink is cuter! (: Fareast after that, got some stuffs and had dinner! Randomly got our ear pierced idk why either! Madness! When leaving heeren, I wanted to take the escalator down and i didnt realised it was the up escalator. I was wonder why im so unstable until yx pulled me away! Freaking paiseh! Was laughing my head off!

Oh oh and we've got tongue tattoos! while otw to the flea.

Life has been tough ever since the preparation of promos, to promos, to the funeral of my great grandma, to lessons and project work. Hectic time i must say totally drained me out. So now as everything is almost back to normal, i would just have to wait to monday for my promo results.
I hope my hardwork wont be wasted.

Then it came to my birthday week, to the most expensive gift to the most thoughtful ones including treats and stuff, i must really thank you guys for every thing. And for some, who kept in mind that i wasnt suppose to celebrate my bday due to the passing of my great grandma.
And to the usual ' suppose to be a surpise ' yx who nvr fail to pop out at my house. Thanks! :D

I hate this feeling. I never want to experience it. I've seen her many times day by day she grew weak. Ytd, she was so skinny she has no fats we were afraid she was cold, she did not close her eyes I bet she knew we all were there. I saw her tear, my aunt kept telling her not to worry. It's so painful to see her like that.

As one of the older few great grandchildren. I know she knows my name. She's 101, I know she's strong. I really can't believe whats happening. Just like how daddy used to say great grand dad is always protecting us. I know she's now with him. We all love you great grandma.

Ive spend my week doing work, came to realised that i haven started studying yet.
Bunch of homework keep me wasting my whole week on doing it. Especially econs, idk why she spam us with essays, its not like i know how to do. School holidays are nearing! So are promos too! >< Anyway, teachers day was a few days ago. Freaking pissed lah. I think my school is filled with teachers who only cared about themselves. Had sch event and lessons for that day and I didn't get to go back to amk. Freaking heartless school. And I heard that ms chin is not going to teach soon :( real soon :( that makes me pissed times 2! Should had skipped school that day!

So cross country wasn't that bad apart from me being pissed off. I was walking with Germaine. (: Went chomp chomp with Ethel and Germaine plus their you know who heh! I ate many stuff cos someone was a big eater you know :X and once again I took the wrong bus but lucky not alone the other one was blur too! Idk what's wrong with me lost my sense of direction.

Today isnt my day, seriously. In addition, im still sick, with flu and stuffs. Seems like 30 bucks doctor's medicine doesnt work.

Okay so, ytd i meet up with chloe and yx after sch like 5 plus 6. We went to eat chomp chomp, which may probably is the reason why my throat isnt better. We ate stingray, 2 plate of hokkien mee, 6 chicken wings, 10 satays and one plate of carrot cake. Then we went to Mac to buy ice cream and fries, all paid by COINS. Im sure the aunty is kinda pissed. :X
Then going home, yx took 73 and me and chloe took 136. We freaking took the wrong way bus and ended up somewhere near punggol or where ever it was! i totally dont know where i was.
But on the brighter side we got direct bus from the bus stop we dropped off.

Anyway, i promise the girls to upload the pictures. Pictures are really anyhow. i dont think they are in order. Mostly are blur, close up and like candid. I dont know what we are doing but there you go! :D

PS. I wish student no longer have to go to school, so that all our miseries will disappear! :D

I rot the whole day at home today till i met up with yx for dinner at hub. Had popeye which will totally kill my throat pleaseeeeeeeee. All fried food! We walked around the whole hub a few times we couldnt find a place to sit. Then we decided to go but bubble tea and sat at the place near jubilee for awhile. We were talking and reminiscing abt the past hahas freaking funny :D

Last thursday was out with yx. we went to eat frolick. The girl not pretty one leh cos she tell me there working all mei nu. Frolick is okay yami nicer. :D The we ate dinner, ate many many. i hate to say this but camp is bad, real bad, that 4 days 3 nights in bintan was like torture

its like the worst camp i ever had and esp when you got the worst teacher.

i've nvr get to enjoy but only the pretty stars and nice currents in the sea,

other than that, none.

not to say abt 2 to 3am in the first night how bad was the storm

huge tents for 30 plus ppl and practically flew and collapsed and all of us were drenched.

the metal pole hit my head and i got a baluku lah!

food were BAD i mean bad as in on one day its has to be returned and the other got worm

how worst can it get?

sec3 camp's night trail was 100 times better and so was the campfire

but not forgetting to say that the only student elects performance was nice
cherie is super lucky lah!

Oh and i feel so bad for my facilitator cos i was acting like a pampered kid there

i really did not enjoy myself lah, i nvr felt so bad for a camp before.

ytd was kite day with yx and chloe! Had lots of fun!
watch sherlock holmes with then early in the morning at cine.
Didnt really like that movie at first but it was not bad actually(:
so after the movie we bought finger food at BK and headed to marina barrage.

it was drizzling when we reached there, but luckily it stop not long later
considering that we are first timers, we did quite well :D
it was super fun luh! and that eagle fellow kite was so damn high! jealous jealous.
the weather was so damn warm! Am afraid that i will get sun burn.

Had dinner at marina square's Hans. Food was okay.
i was the first to finish okay and i ate till very clean!
chloe had to slowly eat bcos of her braces, man i can understand how you feel
talking abt braces, yx randomly asked a question that caused her to blush like hell
and me and chloe laugh until cant stop! someone's theory of kissing is to feel the teeth
haha okay lah i wont elaborate. :X

ate carl's jr later on, the service was kinda bad and the workers, i dont wish to elaborate.
big burger which i cant finish, makin me so afraid of burgers now.

Very nice scenery there. Her parents send me home after.

Yesterday was outing with joey and yx, i watched avatar for the second time.
not because it was so fantastic or wat but i just accompany them cos i promise to watch
with them first and i wanted to go out.

im finally blogging!
well, at least i got time now cos i quit my job at shangri-la.
i earned 85 bucks! LOL
working there was quite fun, cos the eating of snacks while packing and stuffs
but i just didnt like it so i quit.

Been very very sick for like 4 days so skipped the rehearsals and stuffs and there on the actual day. Very sorry yea? ><
Kinda screw up my part for states of nature, i dont know why either its my most confident dance item. probably cos i was having a bad headache by then.
After that dance item i felt super uncomfortable :(
ytd was my medicine, mint sweets and medicated oil all the way to like sort of keep me 'alive'
plus the back stage was freezing! Anyway its was sucessful right?

totally enjoyed ourselves that night, even though i was a little tired cos i had dance.
we didnt took alot of pictures because it was dark and we couldnt use flash either.

we were like super kan jiong and rush to the night show, quite nice :D
then we took the tram, walk and tram.

yx likes the otter and i like the flying squirrels
we went to the *cage * like place full of bats and ended running out less then 5 minutes.
then we went into another cage like place this time with flying squirrels :D
duper big ones when they *fly* pass us, we could feel the wind.
irritating ppl from _____ [guess urself] kept talking super louding and taking pictures with flash!

the animals there were super cute lah
tigers, giraffes, elephants, zebras
only the big big ones are abit stinky i think cos of their poo poo.
only think that we regretted was we didnt walked enough yet and we didnt bring insect repellent
we were fighting big ants too
food there were super ex too!
hor fun 20 bucks, nasi bryani 15 bucks.
so we ate the cheapest fast food which also caused us 12 bucks for a meal
excluding the coke the cost 4 bucks T.T

anyways that night was a fun fun fun night! :D
